The range of colour options includes full solid colours and horizontal 40mm circle-coloured strips, facilitating easy identification.

Perforations located at the upper section of the cover enable the release of hotter air, effectively preventing sunburn.

Non Woven Fabric
This fabric is used normally In the early stages when the bell is formed to prevent bats, birds etc from scratching and damaging the fruit as it forms. Also, the fabric allows the bell to breathe which stops bracks and the fruit from getting. At a later stage, a plastic sleeve will be put on over the fabric.

The fabric, crafted from high-quality resins and UV stabilizers, offers farmers a durable material with multiple applications, ensuring cost-effectiveness over time.

40um Super Soft Covers
These soft covers has been specially designed using unique resins and formula which has proven to be successful against wind rub damage (NO INNER CLOTH).

Due to its soft nature, the plastic may adhere to the ground, a beneficial aspect that prevents new growth from emerging beneath the bunch cover, thereby safeguarding the leaves from damage.
​
Moreover, the cover's perforations, spaced approximately 100mm apart from top to bottom, ensure ample ventilation, effectively mitigating the risk of potential fungus or related issues.

This cover has been proven to be successful all year around. However, selected regions need to be accounted for (extreme windy areas)
This particular cover has demonstrated remarkable cost-effectiveness, having been utilized approximately 12 times. Its multiple uses not only contribute to its economic value but also benefit growers by reducing plastic waste.
Moreover, growers have the flexibility to tailor their design preferences and order quantities according to their specific needs, adding to the versatility and convenience of this cover.

The business has implemented an innovative resin formula designed specifically for us and produced by our supplier, offering an exclusive product available only at Banana Oz. These covers are expected to reduce wind rub damage.

These coex soft covers (with no inner fabric) will be available in several colours in the near future.

Please note, these covers are currently under trial and are waiting for product results. However several farmers have tried them for the past few years and they have appeared to be successful.
